Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 7-10 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 7-10 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

ORDER PICKUP 

If you would like to arrange a local collection of your order, please email us at macramadewithlove@hotmail.com to arrange this. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 working days using Royal Mail 2nd class standard postage. For orders inside the UK, free postage is included. A shipping fee will apply to orders shipping outside of the UK. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Macra-Made With Love is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at macramadewithlove@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping to the United States We ship all US orders via Royal Mail International Tracked. In most cases, no import duties or customs charges will be payable on delivery — the majority of our orders fall well under the US customs duty-free threshold of $800 USD. Your shipping cost is all-inclusive; there are no hidden fees from us. In the rare event that customs does apply a charge, this would be the responsibility of the recipient.
